Customer Experience Specialist

Everyday we strive to practice good here at Boon! We do that through creating extraordinary experiences for everyone we come into contact with. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you have the opportunity to work with both Practices and Providers to help ensure they have an outstanding experience while using Boon. This role is foundational to our team.

The Day-to-Day

  • Help Providers complete onboarding with Boon
  • Provide license and credential verification support for Providers
  • Interface with Practices and Providers via phone, email, chat and help desk to answer questions
  • Act as a resource to Practices and Providers when signing up
  • Troubleshoot any obstacles a Practice or a Provider may have
  • Collaborate with the Boon team including developers (to ensure we are providing the best user-friendly platform, marketing (to make sure we promote stories of excellence) and leadership (to grow personally and professionally as well as help the company to grow)
