Director of Customer Experience

This team member plays a pivotal role in managing and facilitating new providers that join the Boon platform. The Director of Customer Experience will lead a team of specialists to provide extraordinary care and support to all providers and platforms.

The Day-to-Day

  • Coach team members in their skills to become more professional in providing outstanding customer experience
  • Ability to problem solve and make swift decisions that are in the best interest of the customers
  • Hold team accountable to success metrics that promote excellent customer experience
  • Interface with other leaders in the company to share opportunities for growth
  • Facilitate feedback loop within company between product, marketing, sales and the customer experience team
  • Ensure quick and thorough feedback to customers by measuring performance
